The “favorite” diet is based on the principles of such days, and strict adherence to all the rules will allow you to lose approximately 1 kg per day.
What is the essence of the diet?
Diet "Favorite" is 7, 12 or 14 fasting days, during which it is allowed to consume a limited number of the same type of products according to a strictly regulated scheme. It is advisable to free yourself from any serious business for the time of its holding and not to be absent from home for a long time, since the diet of most of her days causes the activation of intestinal motility and gives an increased load on the kidneys.
On the one hand, the result is explained by a significant calorie deficit in the diet menu. On the other hand, a daily complete change of diet contributes to weight loss - the body does not have time to adapt energy consumption to some restrictions, as others immediately come.

If you have chosen your favorite 7-day diet, that is, the classic and gentle version of it, follow the following meal schedule:
1st, 3rd and 6th days - liquid or drinking

4th day - fruity

"Favorite" diet for 12 days
The Favorite Diet was originally designed for a week, but it was quickly supplemented with expanded options. So, if 7 days is not enough for you, try a 12-day analogue of this diet. Networked "nutritionists" have come up with two options for the continuation:
- 7th day- not a way out of the diet, as with a weekly scheme, but a hard unloading on mineral water.
- 8th day- vegetable (you can eat vegetables in any form, as described in the recommendations for the seven-day diet above).
- 9th day- kefir. It can be drunk in unlimited quantities, but only fat-free.
- 10th day- protein. Follow all recommendations of the 5th protein day.
- 11th day- exclusively on green tea.
- 12th day- exit from the diet, similar to the last day in the 7-day version. In this case, it is worth replenishing the vitamin balance of the body at the expense of fruits.
The second option is to divide the entire 12-day period into four 3-day mono diets:
- Three kefir days.Fat-free kefir in any quantity.
- Three apple days.Apples, any and in any quantity, raw and / or baked.
- Three protein days.Chicken fillet, prepared by dietary methods without salt and spices. Caution! This is a very heavy burden on the kidneys. You can and should drink water.

- Don't try to combine your favorite diet with vigorous training. Her very poor diet will not provide your body with the amount of energy that is necessary for a full workout. Therefore, the effectiveness of fitness will be extremely small, but the likelihood of injury will increase significantly. Just rest.
- Drinking enough water on your diet is very important, but it is equally important to drink it right. You can not drink water during and immediately after a meal, as it dilutes the gastric juice in this case, which leads to disruption of the digestive process. Drink half an hour before meals and no earlier than an hour after. Try to drink small doses (up to 50 ml) throughout the day.
